I had two physical therapy sessions here, and both were amazing! The front desk staff and the doctor were very nice and scheduling an appointment over the phone was easier.
I have high blood pressure and diabetes, when the pharmacy requested the new prescription they didn't refill, I have to called to request the medicine. They delay my high blood pressure medicine, they didn't care the patient have good or bad high blood pressure, they should refill and check the patient later.
I called the department they hang up on my face without telling me anything she was rude if u getting pay for what u work u should do it properly. She was not helpful at all the front desk, u should be more professional and caring about patients needs.
