Brought my sister to this urgent care for stitches. From the receptionist, medical assistant, nurse to doctor was an amazing experience. We were greeted with the utmost respect and Dr. Justin Larsons' bedside manner was exceptional!
The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. The care and expertise is top notch
Their bedside manner could use some work. Even when you are trying to explain what is happening, they are in a hurry to get you out the door. They do not fully explain your test results and just say follow up with your PCP or another specialist. They very much have a treat them and street them mentality. While they may seem friendly at first, they don't really seem to care even when a test result involves an abnormal cardiac finding. Not sure I will return again unless out of options.
The total wait time was 3 hours, and I was diagnosed inaccurately. After suffering for 5 days, I finally went to my own physician, who was able to resolve the issue.
Wait time is more than 2 hours in just regular day. Too slow
