I had a virtual appt set for Monday at 1:15 about 2 I realized I had not received a call - I called the office and was told Dr. Goldman is no longer here and someone should have contacted me! I have to see the dr to get my prescriptions monthly needless to say today is WEDNESDAY and I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL BACK regarding my prescriptions as they could not get me in to see the new doctor until MAY and they would not tell me where Dr. Goldman went!
Dr. Goldman was great at first, but then seemed non existent. Had an appointment scheduled for prostate check up and the day before the appointment, her staff called me to cancel the appointment and couldn't reschedule me until 6 months later and that she will be coming in to office only from 8 to noon. Then I find out she no longer is with Jacobs and associates after all my specialists have been send my info to her, and then, the Dr who took over her patients doesn't take my insurance. I have been seeing Dr. Goldman for over 10 years. She is great at diagnosing what ails me. She is intelligent, kind and has a great bedside manner. I just found out today that she is no longer with Jacobs Medical Associates. I received a confirmation call on Friday and I said yes, I would be there. I show up today for my appointment to learn that she left two weeks ago. They said they sent a letter, however, my husband and I never received one.
