Beth was amazing. She looked at the property, made suggestions, was very honest about her thoughts and what were reasonable expectations. We were in almost constant communications and I felt that my time mattered. I trusted her knowledge and reputation and I did much, much better than expected. She worked very hard, and I benefited from her hard work. She even called to check up on me after the sale was finalized. I would definitely use again.
