Dr. Files always makes me feel comfortable during exams and consultations and never makes me feel rushed. She is thorough and I feel confident she has my best interest in mind. I've been seeing her for over 10 years and she has delivered all 3 of my babies as well as performed 2 other surgical procedures and does all of my well woman visits.

I've had two appointments with Dr. Files and both times the waiting time for my appointment was not long at all, and when I did see her, she spent as much time as I needed discussing test results and answering all my questions. She was very thorough and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. Her staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I already have and will continue to recommend Dr. Files.

Dr. Files was highly recommended to me by a patient coordinator at Deke Slayton whose mother was a patient of Dr. Files. Whenever her name is mentioned, people rave. I found her exemplary and maybe my favorite doctor ever. She is warm, friendly, informative, kind, interested in you personally and of course an amazing doctor. In these days of managed care, it is so hard not to feel like you are a small part in an enormous system...a welcome reminder of what patient care should be.

Dr Files has been my Dr for several years. She is a wonderful dr and I recommend her to anyone looking. The only negative is that her business has grown so much that she now books so far ahead that its hard to get in.
