I had my first visit with Dr. Files and I was very impressed on how much she educated me about my body and health. She’s very throughly, patient, answers any questions you have and above all makes you feel comfortable. I am 32 years old and had never felt more at ease than I did with her in 1 visit. I’m excited to take a genetic, fertility and cancer test no matter the results thanks to her. No other doctor had recommended these testing before knowing my history. Staff was also very nice and friendly.
Dr. Files is a great physician. This was my first time seeing her and I was very happy with care she provided. She answered all my questions and concerns that I had. The staff was also very caring and efficient.

A follow-up visit. Results of visit were on-line, but Dr. Files nurse called me, also! I really, really appreciate Sarah calling me with the results and to see if I had any questions. So many of my doctors don't; it's up to me to call and try to get hold of them with any questions.

Dr. Files is a wonderful doctor. She has a fantastic bedside manner, she is very good at explaining what's going on if there are any issues, and she is a great listener. I would recommend her for anyone looking for a new OB/GYN.
