After one 1/2 month in our new house which we are happy on the fact we bought a new house but were not happy with the missed information that was not explained. And even thought we did two walk thru week before and 2nd walk thru hours before closeing After we address it both times to builders.if that stip hill in the back yard will be a problem answer was no water will move away from home okay now the the problem is showing !!!!!
