Had a $210 order last week and could not get it delivered for less than $250, 4kms away. When I spoke to the guy at Loganholme, he wanted to help but was restricted by Rocklea. I called Rocklea and after speaking to a guy that spoke to 6 other managers, they apparently could still not assist. I was then forced to hire a ute the following day to retrieve it all myself, which I'd mentioned to them multiple times.
