Brandon was phenomenal to work with! He was prompt in his replies and very effective in communicating. He kept us well informed from arrival time all the way through completion of the fix. Highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a plumber that is professional and reliable.
This guy is friendly, honest, prompt, dependable, calls you back, and does good work at a fair price. We moved into the Oakwood neighborhood in 2023 and after trying a few other plumbers, BET has become our go-to and will be for years to come. Couldn't ask more of a tradesman - highly recommend!
Excellent experience with BET plumbing today! I woke up with no hot water this morning, Brandon answered my call before 8am and was here within an hour! The new hot water heater was installed that same morning. Friendly, professional, timely service, highly recommended!
