RecommendedBest way Moving delivered our new washing machine 8/12/20. Their service is excellent. The two men who did the delivery were very professional, careful and courteous. They took time to connect the machine and make sure it was running correctly. They removed all the cardboard and packaging so that we didn’t have to dispose of it. If we EVER need a moving service again Bestway Moving will be my first call. I highly recommend them for any of your moving needs.
I had two different warranty exchanged refrigerators delivered from Bestway. The first was damaged inside the box and the driver alerted us and recommended we refuse the shipment. I commended him on his honesty. The second came correctly and the two employees were very professional, provided excellent service, and made sure the install was completed correctly. Even the office was pleasant to schedule with. Well done Bestway.
Had a dishwasher delivered. Delivery guys tracked in mud on our brand new carpet. Now can’t get a return call.
I rate Levi and Johnny B a 10. They are very nice and explained the warranty and all other info. The stove was ordered for my dad and he is unable to walk into the kitchen, they stopped and showed it to him on the way. You have a wonderful crew. Johnny even hauled the old stove outside for me. I am very grateful, Thank you so much. I do recommend.
Unfortunately we have had a very terrible experience with this company. I remodeled my kitchen 2 summers ago. I spent 3,000 dollars on my dream flooring. Beautiful hardwood that I have always wanted. I have had zero issues with my remodel until Best Way installed our dishwasher 2 years after my remodel. Once the dishwasher was in, about a month later I noticed my hardwood separating. I will never use this this company to install appliances ever again! The only thing I can say positive is the installers are friendly! But when there's an issue trying to get somebody in the office to return your call or come and repair what is not cracked or damaged from their in-store good luck!
We were so pleased with the team at Bestway! We moved out of state and things could not have gone more smoothly! We are so grateful for the friendly and professional service that we received and would highly recommend Bestway!!!
