Terrible service. Lost awning in a storm, called in, they measured it and I contacted them a week later and still had not done a quote to get the ball rolling with my insurance. A straight forward quote to supply and fit new awning.
Great service. They were able to fit me in during my travels to fix a few issues. Spoke with Alan there who was very friendly and knowledgeable and solved all our issues within a few hours. Highly recommend BCS.
Will never recommend this lot put my caravan in to be fix bad job had three go's at it and in the end they said it was ok nothing wrong with it went to two other repairer and both told use what was wrong it cost me more money repairing the damage there did not happy
Tamara manager went above and beyond today with my refund Of an item I bought that was just out of date range for returns. She handled the return with courtesy and confidence and was a pleasure to deal with!!
