This man and his students have been putting me through hell for a month. I needed a bowel resection as part of another surgery. Upon first meeting him for a total of 5 seconds he repeated to me many times "1% chance I'm even needed, 1% chance you will need a temporary ostomy." Well the bowel resection he did perforated 4 days after surgery, which left me with an infection and needing emergency surgery to place a temporary ileostomy. I have had nothing but issues since this surgery, no clue why he did it as my stomach stopped pumping years before surgery maybe reading my chart would have helped? I go for a feeding tube on Wednesday now 94 pounds and almost dead. The suture line was done wrong.! Causing my stomach to twist and go up in the air.. once I put on 20 pounds they will fix his handwork. I cry each and every day from the pain of not being able to eat.
Hands down the best surgeon excellent care the whole experience was fantastic had the gastric bypass surgery and gallbladder removal
He will not listen !! Told him the surgery was done wrong. 104 pounds and dying slowly.. had my stomach esophagus stretched many times stomach tacked back down as it was done wrong .. now I face revision. I told him over and over something was wrong., endoscopy said it was wrong .. he denied that also.
