Newly opened BestNest pediatrics branch in Prosper Preston Road. Offices are clean and have courteous front desk. Generally I get same day appointment. Number of doctors are less compared to Frisco BestNest location. Ample parking outside and clean restroom. We like all the doctors in this clinic. Dr. Hager and Dr. Hingle are our child pediatrician. We absolutely adore Dr. Hager. She’s been taking care of our year and a half old son since his birth in 2024 At Texas health Frisco. She’s extremely compassionate and sweet with her patients. She’s very soothing when she talks to our son and it helps tremendously since he is very fussy! The reception staff is incredibly sweet and we have always found. Our family made the switch to Best Nest over a year ago, and we couldn’t be happier. I truly have only good things to say about the entire office. Linda at the front desk is absolutely the sweetest, always welcoming us with a smile. Nurse Mandy is our favorite she takes such great care of us—she’s a real gem. We switched to Best Nest after using the same pediatrician for 14 years. Love this office and especially Nurse Mandy!
Dr. Hager is always a joy to see, never been impatient to our daughters needs. It takes us years to find a Doctor like her whose so committed to their job and have a heart of Gold! Hands down to her. The staff here were so nice and friendly too. If you need a truly great doctor and staff just come to this clinic and you will never disappoint.
