We love Best Nest Pediatrics! We go to both locations. It’s clean and easy check in and out. The nurses line and app are great. Frisco has separate waiting rooms for well and sick visits; wish this existed in Prosper. Our kids love their doctors, especially Dr. Pham! He is so kind and thorough. We are grateful for the exceptional care provided.
After moving to this area, I have been searching for a new pediatrician for my family. This office is amazing! Linda was so kind and helped me over the phone when I called. She did so as well in person when I came to drop off the new patient paperwork today for my daughter. She answered all of my questions and was so thoughtful towards my daughter—giving her a sucker and some stickers. We just began going to this practice after moving and so far, we are happy with the care. I just have two suggestions. I wish the nurses would introduce themselves. And it would be nice if the waiting area had music, magazines, or something to keep everyone occupied.
Newly opened BestNest pediatrics branch in Prosper Preston Road. Offices are clean and have courteous front desk. Generally I get same day appointment. Number of doctors are less compared to Frisco BestNest location. Ample parking outside and clean restroom. We like all the doctors in this clinic. Dr. Hager and Dr. Hingle are our child pediatrician. We absolutely adore Dr. Hager. She’s been taking care of our year and a half old son since his birth in 2024 At Texas health Frisco. She’s extremely compassionate and sweet with her patients. She’s very soothing when she talks to our son and it helps tremendously since he is very fussy! The reception staff is incredibly sweet and we have always found.
