We just began going to this practice after moving and so far, we are happy with the care. I just have two suggestions. I wish the nurses would introduce themselves. And it would be nice if the waiting area had music, magazines, or something to keep everyone occupied.
Newly opened BestNest pediatrics branch in Prosper Preston Road. Offices are clean and have courteous front desk. Generally I get same day appointment. Number of doctors are less compared to Frisco BestNest location. Ample parking outside and clean restroom. We like all the doctors in this clinic. Dr. Hager and Dr. Hingle are our child pediatrician. We absolutely adore Dr. Hager. She’s been taking care of our year and a half old son since his birth in 2024 At Texas health Frisco. She’s extremely compassionate and sweet with her patients. She’s very soothing when she talks to our son and it helps tremendously since he is very fussy! The reception staff is incredibly sweet and we have always found. Our family made the switch to Best Nest over a year ago, and we couldn’t be happier. I truly have only good things to say about the entire office. Linda at the front desk is absolutely the sweetest, always welcoming us with a smile. Nurse Mandy is our favorite she takes such great care of us—she’s a real gem.
