I initially contacted Bestmind on Jan. 9th for continuity of care as I am an injured worker case who just moved to Colorado from Ohio. After nearly a month of working with "Stephanie" to try to establish care and providing all of the requested information (ie: case number, DOB, Care management org), Bestmind ghosted me and won't respond when I've reached out.
