Beware, especially to veterans and others who use USAA for medicare supplemental insurance. Bestmed is known to not honor USAA medicare supplemental insurance. So individuals, particular veterans and their families, will be denied their coverage. To date, our attempts to have this problem remedied by Bestmed have failed. Also note that Bestmed is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
I could have died If i listened to them , According to savon pharmacy. mostly teenage girls thinking they are all grown up now. Because of some community college traing. Better to go to red state and dump these losers all the way around,

Came in for strep, a little bit of a wait but that's fine, there is only so much 1 dr can do. The front desk Bridger and Kirsten were both very nice and both times I came in each took their time to let me know that no one has for gotten about me and that it shouldn't be much longer. They offered me juice or water so that was nice. Dr Jans and Holly/ Chad were both very nice when I came back.
Came in for broncitis and was in and out in an hour the staff and the drs were great!
5 stars all the way.
Only place I like to go...staff is great and friendly...Highly recommend this facility.
These guys are like walfare medicine .Doing blood tests and little else. Obviously they have some worth , But for my money go else wear , even the county is better. Although they go nuts with excessive appointments { the county that is}
Terribly rude people. Came here due to a bad cough. Had one person in front of me and it still took an hour and a half. Plus they cranked the ac down to what must have been 60 degrees while I was waiting on a test result. Go to the other urgent care, this is my first and last time at this one.
