I used the online scheduling tool for my son to be seen earlier this week. We arrived before the schedule time to check in and was told that our appointment is not actually an appointment, that we’d be seen in the order of arrival. We waited over an hour to be seen. The wait time is ridiculously long. This does not seem to be an efficient medical office.
The worst billing department ever! They like to charge hidden fees and spring them on you after your appointment is over and you get the bill in the mail. $344 bill for an appointment that costs me less than $50 (same insurance) at my doctors office is ridiculous, if they would have been upfront about the charges when I came in for the visit, I would have waited until my doctor’s office was open.
