Unbelievable customer service! I call for an estimate on a slow drainage in my tube. The person over the phone gave me two amounts and said there is no estimates. We would come unclog the drain and that’s it!!!! I said ok I’ll give you a call back. He replied “no don’t call back!!” Let’s just say no need to ever doing business with this company. I called the South Bay number.

This company makes it their business to please. It needed a new shut off valve in order to get my new dishwasher installed. Marcos Zarate came to my rescue. It was late in the evening so we rescheduled. He not only on time he came early and replaced my shut off value and actually cleaned up the mess! I recommend t his company.

Worst customer service ever!!! I just was asking about an annual main cleaning and the dude was so rude and hung up on me!!
