When I ordered my laminate they were fine. I told them That I wanted at least a 24 hour notice by the carrier prior to delivery.They said they can make that happen. I live in Norh Dakota ,It snows here frequently. The truck shows up without warning. I had to make plans to keep it at a warehouse. I had 16 inches of snow in my driveway because we were having a blizzard.The carrier had their number and not mine. This expeirience totally sucked. I never imagined that a fellow Buckeye would treat me this way.
I've used Bestlaminate twice and I am so happy with my purchases and service. I wish I would have found out about this company a few years ago it would have saved me a lot of time. It's great to have the flooring delivered to your home instead of going to a bigbox store, loading it into the vehicle then unloading it again. Customer service is great! I will continue to purchase all of my flooring from them. Thank you
I shopped endlessly for the floor that would cover the 30 year linolium that had more than expired. I shopped our local companies and the pricing was out of my ability. I thought my search was over, until I got an ad pop up for Bestlaminate. Do I dare and be disappointed again? I found their website very easy to navigate, but still had concerns.
