Customer Service was kind, flexible, and understanding. The woman who placed my order knew exactly what I was looking for in a floral design for a special occasion ! Love the website because it’s easy to search by flower or style. I loved their Mother’s Day selection but went with a Designer Choice and my lovely ladies were overjoyed. $200 well spent for the most inspiring women in my life
