This hospital is terrible and the customer service is even worse. I am fostering a dog that unfortunately is heart worm positive. She had to stay overnight at the hospital for treatment. I picked her up yesterday and in the excitement of things, didn't notice she had feces all over her legs. It wasn't until I had her in the back of my brand new car did I notice the smell. They were a good place my puppy was there for 7 days with Parvo. He survived, and is doing very well. They kept in contact with me around the clock and was very compassionate about everything. I will continue taking my pets here. Thank you for everything Justina Quindlen

Our pups always receive excellent care!! We have had to go in with emergencies a few times and we are always taken care of and treated like family!!
I love Middletown vet. Been coming here for 6 years. They always are helpful, and always want the best for your animal family member. They are just so loving, caring, and great!!! Their boarding is wonderful. They know my dogs by name and the fact that my dogs run to them and never look back means to me they are loved and spoiled while there. I cannot say enough good things about the new swim therapy program. My pittie LOVES it. Has helped his arthritis. The staff is amazing.
