I took my cat Snickers there for first time today because he's sick. They were able to get me in immediately after calling today, and they were all wonderful from the front desk all the way through. The vet who saw him was a competent, professional young lady who knew exactly what she was doing. And the assistant even helped me carry him back out to my car (as he was trying to escape the cat carrier). Lol. I had been with Brenford for 30 years and didn't receive such wonderful treatment. Dr. Beste and the staff all tried so hard to help Crutch. My unique Crutch gave us a run but in the end, we lost him. But thank you so much to the staff and Dr. Beste for doing all they could. Crutch is resting in our new home's back yard that he loved visiting.
I love this place! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I first started coming because they're open til 8pm so I didn't have to worry about missing work. I also love that on Saturday mornings there is a ' clinic' so if all your pet needs are shots, and they don't need to see the doctor, then that's all you pay for - you don't pay an office visit.
