Worst customer service ever! It's like pulling teeth to get an answer to a simple question…Overpriced, limited inventory, and if you want any replacement parts for your walker… Especially if you need rubber vs plastic replacement tips. So your wood floors don't get scraped up! Wish there were more options around here… I'm going online to buy items in the future!
This place again and I agree does not even deserve a 1. After about a month of waiting for a "physicians grade" Tens unit prescribed by my Doctor for extreme chronic lower lumbar pain, shoulder and cervical issues as well, they finally decided to fill the order with a cheap ($25.00 online) piece of junk the size of a pack of cigarettes that runs off a single 9v battery. Vipul (the owner) drove to the office at nearly 9pm, on a Saturday night (they're closed weekends), to get my 4 year old niece oxygen for an emergency drive to Children's Hospital Los Angeles tonight, which they wouldn't have been able to do otherwise. Im so grateful to Bestcare, and for family owned business like this, because you know you wouldn't see this happen anywhere else. Thank you so much, Vipul, from our whole family. ❤️
