If I could I rate it 0 stars I would!! The care giving service is so horrible I’m better off taking care of myself!!!! They are always arriving late, always on their phone or an emergency is always happening. They never understand what I’m saying either. With the language barrier it’s hard to understand what’s going on or what they’re saying! They understand what they want to understand!! This company is one of the worst companies I have used for my family

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care and professionalism provided by this home health agency. There is a consistent lack of communication between staff and clients, and aides frequently arrive late with little to no notice. Despite repeatedly explaining my specific care needs, the agency continues to send aides who have little to no experience and are not properly qualified to provide the level of assistance I require. All of the workers we saw were so unprofessional. One of the caregivers doesn’t even come in uniform and be having sandals on her feet. Then they all come 2/3 hrs late then show up and do whatever they want.

Lack of communication from the agency, aides who show up late, leave early and, on several occasions, don't show up at all and, on at least one occasion, having the agency outright lie about a given situation are the reasons for my rating of this agency. My recommendation for BestaCare is to run, not walk, to some other provider!
