Lack of communication from the agency, aides who show up late, leave early and, on several occasions, don't show up at all and, on at least one occasion, having the agency outright lie about a given situation are the reasons for my rating of this agency. My recommendation for BestaCare is to run, not walk, to some other provider!
Thankfully, I’m happy that I’m receiving better care now at a different agency . Better care makes quality services . Honestly , she did me a favor there are always two sides to a story because I would of been missing out on great people. The caregiver I have right now treats me like a patient. I did appreciate Ms Pat and only ( the medical nurse ) god bless her and the owners .
