We loved this hotel! Our room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was great! The staff is friendly and attentive. The pool and jacuzzi made this a vacation that we will happily remember for a long time. It is very close to the theater plays at the Shakespeare Festival (8 minutes away).

I just want to give a shout out to Ryan who was working the front desk on July 25th 2026. Thank you for being do helpful and kind. We were towing a small trailer and we didn’t know where to park it and he was just incredibly helpful. Room was pet friendly and hot tub was nice after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was decent and had variety. Restaurant next door, I think it’s called the Oak tree restaurant, was nice and again staff were very friendly. Nice location, just off highway 5, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, decent breakfast, nice gym. The pool and spa not cleaned enough from leaves. The only thing I don’t like is best western members I was involved to sign. All benefits come from stays booked on their site and they don’t match prices of others. It translates to paying 10-15% extra and makes this free membership unreasonable

Ryan at the front desk gives the best, most detailed, and hilarious (deadpan, he stays serious because he’s a professional) welcome and orientation. Hot tub and breakfast works great too
