The room smells damp, needs up dating, no hot water and offered another room on the other wing, thin walls and ceiling for noise. Swimming pool tiny and not the same as pictured and not accessible at the moment. Free parking when staying at the hotel. Choice of breakfast.

If you have to stay here, here's what you need to know. Terrible pillows like half-filled laundry sacs. I've never seen pillows like these in my life--had to go to Walmart to upgrade. Mattresses were slightly damp and uncomfortable. Damp and dank feel in our room which gave it a smell like a stadium change room. No elevators, so if you have a wheelchair, cane, walker, or similar device, make sure you're on the first floor. Air conditioning worked well. Was not told no elevators. Outlets on the wall don’t work. Was not told there was breakfast. Lamps don’t work. Not the worse but among the top two

We weren’t allowed to use the pool even though the sky was clear and no sign of tornado!!! We have been coming here for weeks but 2 of the receptionist weren’t so pleasant. One wasn’t polite. One refused for us to use the pool even though it was sunny, she refused for us to talk to the manager to open the pool. It was so ridiculous!!!!!! We never coming back. It’s so stupid to be treated like that!!!
