This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked this hotel for my brothers wedding in the area. The front desk staff we dealt with were so incredibly rude and condescending, so unwilling to help. Just kept snapping at us, being argumentative, rolling their eyes. While staying at the property with my son’s hockey team in February 2026- A security guard for the hotel, granted a third party access to our room without any proper verification of identity or authorization. At the time, my teenage son was asleep inside the room. I returned to the room and found this impaired adult woman, who was granted access to my room by hotel staff, crawled into bed with my son while he was asleep. Need renovation it looked and felt rundown. The restaurant was closed for two full days. No mini bar.No water in the room. Deeply disappointed.

We are here for the first time, as extended stay guests during some renovations at our home nearby. I must say I am pleasantly surprised with every aspect of our experience here. The rooms are very clean and well maintained; housekeeping does a great job every day; the front desk staff are very friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs. A special shout out to David for going above and beyond!
