KYLE I think his name is has absolutely zero customer service. He is extremely rude talked very disrespectful and down to us. All around great place to stay but will not be staying if he is working
This is a very nice cozy hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was good. The rooms do look like they are from the 90s though so this hotel should be a little cheaper to account for that but it's the same price as the new hotels in the area. The room was well maintained however and everything was clean and functional.
Nice place for our short stay.
Needs to be refreshed and remodeled. Musty and mildewy smell starting in the lobby (ceiling tiles show the water damages)and was even heavy smells in the room. Was disappointed as we were tired from driving - had to leave due to my own health issues and concerns. Front desk agent Mark - was very understanding and professional.
