The overall staff was great but the breakfast food and service was the standout. Alisa was the best breakfast lady ever!
I wrote a review just a few minutes ago and apparently it was removed or something of the sort. We were charged $500 for two nights at this hotel after the front desk informed us that we were paid until Sunday. I paid the first night and I asked and my wife asked the clerk if this was correct and she stated twice that it was. My wife and two kids would have been without a room after traveling 5.5 hours to this hotel to stay for our 1 year old nieces birthday party. The room was clean and comfortable. However, if the stay was refundable, we would’ve left as soon as we walked in the door of the lobby. We checked in about 11:30pm on 9/5/26 and spoke with Dawn who worked behind the counter. She was extremely condescending and rude from the moment I stepped inside. I walked in and asked if they had a luggage cart. Before answering, she asked if I had a reservation and what my name was. I answered. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and staff was very nice and smiled which is always nice. I wish I could remember thier names. The highlight was breakfast with Glenda and Alissa. They made us feel like we were in thier kitchen. Good food for hotel breakfast. I'd stay again.
We stayed here over the weekend. Great location, the room was clean and the shower has amazing water pressure! Has a good hot breakfast and the employees were really polite and helpful
