I stayed for two nights with a friend and we split the nights. BW charged me for three. nights and charged my friend for one. BW refunded me one night, but refuses to refund me for the second night. I spoke to GM Carrie Peters who promises to refund me and promises to return my calls but to date hasn't refunded me nor returned my calls. I called since she hasn't called me and she has given me 3 different excuses as to why she can't refund me: 1) She can't get ahold of BW's IT Dept 2) She's been trying to get ahold of my cred... read more
In the middle of a remodel, but no problems.
I stay here quite often passing through for work. Always clean, always friendly, and always comfortable. It's easy to get to and far enough out of Louisville to be quiet and not as busy but still close enough to not be a burden. Remodeling right now and it will only get better..
