The bed was so hard, and there were 10-15 termites that came out of the bathroom vent. We told the front desk clerk and got an 'oh ok'. The stairs were also in really poor repair and uneven so you really needed to watch every step. The grounds looked nice otherwise but I can't say I'd ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.
Our fridge didn't work. I called housekeeping and it was replaced right away!
The first room I went into had maintenance equipment inside and a big stain in the middle of the carpet. The second room we went into the sheets were damp and we pulled them back and found stain and bugs
Asqueroso lugar, desde que entras al lobby huele asqueroso a orina, y al llegar a la habitación la cosa no mejora, aparte que en recepción te atienden como si te estuvieran regalando la estadía, evítense el mal rato
El internet es malo, llamas a recepción y no solucionan, falta de mantenimiento a los aires acondicionados y hay cucarachas
