The hotel is located in a great place. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. My only issue was the noise. It sounded like a heard of elephants walking above me. The noise outside was very loud as well.
I just love this place.. so convenient. Clean, very comfortable, large beds, nice pool with jacuzzi.It gives you a very comfortable feeling.. the staff was very friendly.. I've already stayed here twice with friend Bob Jancik this will be my go to place when coming to visit.Beautiful california.
Nice spot, has everything you need. Good location, 7 min drive to beach. Lots of restaurants around. Pool and hot tub, nice breakfast. Price was good too.
Very friendly and professional staff. Chrissy at the front desk was great and assisted us with our requests. The hotel was near the beach attractions.
Hello Best Western Surf City Management, We stayed at your hotel on a friday.. We booked through the reservations line that gets transferred from your hotel when no answers and booked two rooms. We were already driving to California when we were making the reservation, as well. The reservationist confirmed three times on the phone with me that both are rooms TOTAL not each were $281 for the night.
