Always very accommodating and friendly. From staff to manager everyone is there to help and make sure I have a comfortable stay every time. Usually stay here when I’m in LA based on how central it is to everything. Mall right up the street. Nice clean rooms and always friendly housekeeping. I enjoy staying here when I’m in town and will continue to do so.
This is a motel(fits the definition of a motel) If you like staying in a motel go for it. I saw the picture on the internet and thought this was a hotel as the name suggested only to find out that it is motel. I uploaded the picture I took
Great place to stay rooms clean housekeeping friendly customer service great.
Under the title 'terrible customer service', after a very long drive that made for a later check in, we were turned away. The reason given was 'their computer was down' This despite the fact we were pre booked and had our confirmation with us. At a minimum, they could have pulled out a pen and paper, noted the information and given us our room. Instead, we scrambled to find another hotel. It gets better (not really). Paid $250 for a room and there's nothing around here the hot tub closes at 9pm have to use your own account to watch TV and the room had a spider in it my husband had 2 kill. Tried to use points didn't work out either bunch of bullshit if u ask me high priced bullshit and nothing to do. 2 cups of coffee very little soap no lotion in the dispenser just pick somewhere else to go this place sucks and it was are 1st wedding anniversary so we are bummed about it!
