I stayed for three nights, and my experience could not have been better. From the shuttle pickup at the airport, the staff was always very friendly and helpful. The rooms were incredibly clean and quiet. Breakfast was surprisingly good and a great way to start a busy day. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, Carroll College, and the main attractions of Helena. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

I told them that my upstairs neighbor walks around heavily and it makes my ceiling shake. They said, ‘OK, I’ll tell them.’ Then the front desk called them and said, ‘Hi, we’ve received a noise complaint’ — that was it. After that, they told me that because I’d booked a king-size room and they don’t have any king-size available right now, they couldn’t let me check in — even though they do have queen-size on the third floor. Which means they’re aware of my complaint, but they’d rather not deal with it
