For the “Premier” hotel in Helena, it was very disappointing. Felt nickel-and-dimed with early check in fee, and late check out fee. Room was clean enough but the bed was uncomfortable, and the adjacent steakhouse gave me a filet that was way overcooked. Not a great experience overall
The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly when I inquired about their rooms and amenities. We stayed in the family adjoining rooms; they were very nice, and breakfast was amazing with many options, including fresh fruit. The kids’ favorite was the fresh waffles and a pancake machine. The pool was great!
Lukewarm showers suck I stayed in room 224 The lack of attention to cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of its price point. The presence of hair in the bed suggests that the bedding was not properly cleaned between guests, which is a significant health concern. Additionally, the absence of hot water is a major inconvenience that should have been addressed promptly by the hotel staff.
