Probably one of the nicest best westerns I have ever stayed at. We travelled from Houston to help our little freshman move in to her dorm at TWU. Campus is about a 10 min drive from the hotel. When we arrived the room was 78 degrees, not a big deal, but had to wait an hour or 2 for the room to cool down. They do have free breakfast but the options are slim. Lukus helped me at the front desk and ive stayed at alot of hotels. He was extremely helpful.
Attempted to stay here last night, and left to stay somewhere else due to a roach crawling into the bed with us. No refund given and it’s been a full day. No contact from the manager. Was told “we’ll see what management says” after calling asking to get any communication. I’m jumping through hoops to get my money back over a situation that isn’t my fault and is a huge issue on the hotels part.
