My room was clean and everything worked great. The pool is very large, indoor and has water features for kids. The breakfast was okay and they had waffle makers and plenty of coffee available. The staff is polite and friendly.
Just upsetting. The hotel website booked me for another room than what I selected in the booking process. I won’t stay here or another best western again. Stay away from misleading advertising and service people who won’t help get you what you ordered.
The cleaning is okay the rooms need carpet extraction
We booked a room with twin queens. Room was spacious and has luxurious amenities from a relative new tv, micro and fridge. View was pleasant overlooking a river and park area. Outdoor hot tub connected via the indoor pool. Lots of activities for families with children.
