There was a problem with my reservation. And Jay the manager took care of it
Better hotels in the area but ok if you absolutely need a room here. Internet can barely handle basic tv without going in and out ao forget gaming or heavy business work. $250 hold was pulled out as a regular payment from my bank and when questioned why they pulled out 250 their computers suddenly went down... how convenient. Dont bother using your do not disturb sign as no maids will show up to clean your room while your in it. Jay at the front desk was so friendly and courteous! He worked some magic and got us into our room before check in after we had a rough day of travel. We were so grateful! And then after checkout we got a call from the front desk and I'm sorry I don't remember her name but we left jewelry in our room! What an amazing, honest group of good people at this Best Western. We will be back!
