Was very disappointed with the Service and especially from the owner Mr Singh. The first room I was put into the door would not lock so we had to move rooms, then the second room we were moved to the bed sheets were dirty full of body hair etc, it was gross so I called down to the desk for new bed sheets. The lady at the desk was very apologetic and gave me fresh bed sheets that I had to put on myself. We called to speak to the manager and was told to talk to Mr Singh the owner. Service at the front desk was pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. However, the main reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub that was posted on every available site, including currently still posted on the Best Western site. Upon arriving at the hotel, I discovered that the hot tub not only was not working but has not been working for months.
