Staff was very rude. Also very misleading. As I walked in the hotel lobby a lady by the name Bhravna was sitting down, and seemed upset she had to get up. I told her I would like a bigger room and asked about the king with kitchen vs the King w whirlpool in room. She has a very thick accent and was difficult to understand. I felt mislead, and would of preferred the open area King w Whirlpool jacuzzi tub. When i wanted to switch it. Very comfortable and clean. Not noisy at all.
Really quiet and really clean at a great price. Wonderful service. We were visiting family and will stay here again.
