My family stayed here one nite. Terrible unhealthy mold smell coming from vent. Room is outdated. It was terrible! They only stayed one nite and which they hadn’t! Front desk didn’t want to own up. So I got 2 nites refunded when I reached out to corporate. Don’t stay here! Never again for us. Thank goodness for corporate doing the rite thing. The best western moto is they want u to be satisfied! Thank u!!!!
Hotel has an ant problem. Woke up to ants crawling on my cpap machine due to the nightstand and back wall being covered with them in various places. They were also on the empty twin adjacent bed next to me. I had to take my machine apart the best i could and use the hotel blow dryer to try and get any remaining ant out. It was a decent enough hotel in a convenient location, but much of the first floor was carrying the musk of the indoor pool which wasn't ideal. The breakfast didn't have the greatest hot foods but it was well stocked and well run so i would give 4 stars for that specifically.
Below is my original review of this hotel. But now after getting home and realizing I have bed bugs from staying in this hotel has me very upset! What I originally thought when I left the hotel was mosquito bites turned out to be bed bugs after having to go to the hospital for an allergic reaction. This is completely unacceptable and very poor cleaning by the hotel staff. I will NOT be going back here ever again! (Original review ) Stayed for one night.
