I am thoroughly impressed with our stay here and the continental breakfast was better than 90% of the hotels I've stayed. Starting the day pleased with breakfast is an automatic win for Best Western Plus
Phone in the room don't work. Powdered eggs for breakfast. No USB port in the room for charger. Not a lot of parking. People constantly slamming doors.
Not a lot of parking if you have a truck, pillows were not the best. But overall not bad and made up with people who work there and the breakfast
Overall my stay was fair. The rooms were outdated and worn but my family and I managed. Customer service was mediocre. Unfortunately our room keys kept deactivating and we had to continuously go to the front desk to have them fixed. One instance a older lady at the front desk accused me and my family of switching keys because we needed our keys fixed back to back, which was crazy. Breakfast was tasty. The hotel was in a good location and near resturants, shopping and a Walmart. If I ever return to Tupelo I would not stay her... read more
Was their for family reunion. There were issues spoils milk, lack of fresh towels daily. No working phone in room.
