Poor ac/heat unit. Would not heat the room. Tilted chest of drawers causing the drawers to stay out. Mirrors and windows dirty.
Key cards need work
The first room we were sent to was totally unacceptable. You could not even touch the bed without it creaking. I reported it to the front desk and told them we could not stay there so we were removed to another room which a must better but there was still a dip in the mattress. The air-conditioning units would not stay on all night and so the thermostat on the wall would not take our room to below 74.
