Room is great, nice pool area with a ping pong table.
Managers have no follow up communication with customers if there is an issue. They just brush it under the rug and act like nothing ever happened. At 5 am couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk to address the people above us having a domestic situation so I had to get dressed to go to the front desk to only find that nobody was available. Security guard was sitting in the commons area playing on his phone and asked me what the problem was. I address it to him and he asked me if I would like him to go handle it now? Classic Hotel in Minneapolis with awesome staff.
Hotel is clean and well maintained. Only complaint is the indoor pool was very cold.
