I booked this hotel almost 4 months ago through Expedia. The night we go to check in BW had me down checking in the next day. I showed them all my confirmations and dates. BW screwed up, they went ahead and got me another room, which was fine. I was suppose to have 2 king suite w/pull out sofa. They gave me 2 queens. We were going to be out all day the next day and they offered to move our luggage to the room I booked. We get back the next night and no luggage. Found the manager and he helped us.
