I had a reservation here for Saturday Feb 6. On that day, mid afternoon I was informed that the concert was cancelled due to the Governor declaring an emergency and requesting people not try to drive into town. I called the motel right away to cancel or rebook for a later date. I was told that only the manager could approve that but he was not there and would not be until Monday but she took my information and would ask him to call me. I waited until noon on Monday and called the hotel again and was told there was no manager there and they had no idea when he would be back but was given his email at their operation center in Federal Way. I sent him an email right away. To date I have received no response. I have disputed the charge to my credit card and await a response. I have been a rewards member for many years, but doubt I will ever book at a Best Western again. To totally ignore a customer is unacceptable.
