Horrible experience!! NEVER again will I go back to this hotel. The night security/Night front desk guy was so RUDE he wasn't willing to help in anyway! He kept saying he wascharging my card, yet NOT once did my card get swipped!! He wasnt letting me check in for whatever reason. He told us we couldnt wait for our lyft near the door. He was too worried about looking at females outfront instead of doing his job!! Thanks for making our wedding night feel sooooo "special"

This is hands down the best little boutique hotel in Scottsdale. It is immaculate, the staff is courteous and professional going above and beyond every time you walk in the door. Dino and Shiv are warm and welcoming at every encounter. The rooms are clean and beautiful and the pool is well kept and inviting. The location is 3 minutes from Fashion Square Mall, restaurants and clubs. The pricing is great. I would never stay anywhere else. If you are coming to Scottsdale for business or pleasure, this is the place!!
