The room smelled a bit damp, and the service was fantastic. However, the location is a bit tucked away, so it is hard to see.
Kathy, the receptionist at the Best Western Plus in Spartanburg, South Carolina, provided outstanding customer service. She was extremely friendly, cordial, and helpful, giving me all the information I needed during my stay. She also went above and beyond to make sure I received the extra towels I requested. Her professionalism and warm attitude made my experience even better. Kathy is a great asset to the hotel, and I truly appreciate everything she did. Highly recommended!
