Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Our shower needed a good cleaning with Bleach. There was ground in dirt and mold in the grout. Hallway needed a vacuum desperately. Floor of the dining area was not very clean either. Weeds growing instead of flowers in the front beds and garbage overflowing in the front. These were a real turn off. I have stayed in other BW that were cleaner. I think if they would improve those few things, it would really help the overall appearance.
Awesome place to stay, close to everything
Check in is easy with great customer service. We are always welcomed when we return.
The room was fine. Kathy was superb at the front desk. She was friendly, welcoming, and even took some time to help us understand the rewards program. Breakfast was also pretty good.
