Very accommodating. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, young man at the front desk was phenomenal.
Rooms were clean and quiet. Affordable, with inclusive breakfast that was great. Service was good with great location, with lots of stores and eating places including a mall near by. Overall a good place to stay.
The manager jay is very rude and disrespectful made us stay in a old room refusing to let us go to a new room.he knows we were staying for a few months and said absolutely no new room,,even tho other guest were getting a new room,, breakfast is horrible sausage is NOT COOKED housekeeping starts rumors,,the list goes on and on horrible
We have stayed at this location on and off for the past week and the pool has not been opened one time, even though it is advertised as open. First excuse was maintenance, then pool guys came and cleaned it. Next was weather which is understandable, and now they are saying they don’t have a good reason but that the city is trying to make every hotel pool close for “unknown reasons”. Front desk was very helpful. AC did not work in our first room. The replacement room was worse. We had to go and buy a fan to make it through the night. They reduced my rate by $16 for the second night. Our second room was much cooler. Older interior, but othern than that, it was fine. I'm sure better options are available in Tyler for a few dollars more. If I am traveling alone, I would not have a problem staying here.
