Equipment in room did work. Everytime I stay I have to move to different room

The front desk attendant was polite, but when I asked whether the pool was heated, he simply said no—without mentioning that it wasn’t clean or suitable for use. He also said there was no hot tub, even though there was one, but it wasn’t clean or available. I booked through Priceline for a room with two beds, but was only given one.
