Front desk people are nice and very helpful, breakfast was good. The rest of the hotel could use a big upgrade. Rooms are very outdated, bathtub has stains, was woken up 2 nights in a row due to the people above us, went to the restroom next to the breakfast room, watched an employee come in use the bathroom then leave without washing her hands. Absolutely disgusting.

This is my first time staying this hotel. My main purpose was to choose a reputable hotel that is close to the Sofi Stadium in Inglewood. I attended Ed Sheeran’s Loop Tour at Sofi on 8/8/2026. I read the reviews for this hotel and there were a handful of good reviews. Being a solo female traveler, safety is my main priority and then cleanliness. Reported bed bugs to the front desk after waking up with bites all over my legs. No apology, hardly even acknowledged it just said he'd have the manager call me. Two days later, no call, no apology, and im still itchy and in extreme discomfort. Gross and incompetent

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, czysty, blisko do supermarketu. Przy ruchliwej ulicy, ale to nie przeszkadzało. Jedyny minus za brak normalnej słuchawki prysznicowej, tylko deszczownica, lecz tak jest w całych Stanach. Śniadanie amerykańskie, czyli słodko-tłusto-perfumowane, czyli lepiej zaopatrzyć się w coś w sklepie.
