I'm pretty sure we have the worst room in the hotel right now! If it wasn't for the wonderful folks at the front desk and the outstanding housekeeping staff, we would have checked out after the first night. Next time we visit this area will stay here again but make sure we are not in a room above the air conditioning units for the whole hotel!!! Why have a balcony if you can't even open your door because of the noise which is 24 hours a day! Maybe this should be made a storage room and not given to guests. Just a thought.
One of my best friends had her wedding and reception there and the staff was phenomenal! They made the big day go smooth and stress free. No detail was overlooked, they were all amazing!! Thank you!

My husband and I were very happy with the service we received at the hotel. The room we booked somehow got mixed up in the computer and they didn't have the correct one available when we got there to check in, but they made up for the mistake by dropping our room price, and giving us a certificate for the lounge & breakfast the following day. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Clean hotel, wonderful & friendly staff and a beautiful view!
The views were outstanding! The hotel was very family-friendly, a lot of children, a lot of people. very nice workers and helpful.
