This was a very disappointing and unsettling hotel stay. Our girls’ hockey team (ages 12–13) was closely monitored on hotel cameras throughout the entire weekend and repeatedly reprimanded for minor, age‑appropriate behavior. The girls were made to feel watched, unwelcome, and constantly under scrutiny. What is most concerning is that while staff focused so heavily on policing our children for minor issues, they failed to address a serious safety issue in the pool area. First class in every aspect! I come here often and everytime all of my expectations have been exceeded in so many ways. As soon as I check in I am greeted with friendly staff who are beyond professional. My room is always pristine and absolutely incredible! The gym and pool are excellent. I stay at Best Western properties regularly this property was very disappointing. Rude front desk staff. Horrible policy that is not posted anywhere in regards to food delivery. Im loyal to best western but will never stay here again.
