The gentleman who checked us in on the 13th around 8 or 9, I believe his name was Kevin, was friendly and courteous. Nice, clean, and spacious rooms with a great view of the swimming pool. Perfect location for visiting family.
Check in with Kevin and check out with the another gentleman(afro with glasse) was quick. Both had great customer service attitude and very respectful. Breakfast attendant(man) was super fantastic! love love the way he treated us and other guest. Breakfast was also great ,limited, but overall good. Location was great even with the airport close didn't cause us an issue. All staff treated us with respect and they were very professional and courteous. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was very tasty. I would definitely recommend staying at the best western thunderbird in Scottsdale Az.
We chose this hotel because it’s just a couple of miles from my in-laws, and it worked well for our needs. The property is definitely a bit dated, but it’s clear that it’s well cared for—everything was clean and properly maintained. We stayed in a one-bedroom king suite, which felt very spacious for the three of us (and would comfortably fit four).
