This hotel smells very clean like a luxury hotel and they offer shuttle to the Sanford airport. Also free baked cookies :)

I’ll start with the positives. The staff was friendly, there was coffee available 24/7, the complimentary breakfast was good, and the hotel is very convenient to the airport. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was disappointing. 1. Room security: When we arrived, the door lock was bent and the deadbolt would not engage properly. Avoid this hotel if you expect honest customer service. I never stayed at this hotel because my flight to Orlando was canceled due to severe weather. The cancellation was completely beyond my control. As soon as I learned that I would not be able to arrive, I immediately contacted the hotel through Booking.com and also called the hotel directly.
